Elevate Broadcast – Asia was founded to allow customers to receive the personal attention and support required to combat the changing technology
and operational challenges in the Broadcast Industry. The industry was seeing the decreasing ability for manufacturers to meet the needs of customers directly
which opened the opportunity for a customer centric and engineering focused company to help fill the gaps. This philosophy of placing customer needs first
and finding the right technology and services required within budget helped Elevate to grow quickly.
With the success of multiple key customers in both broadcast and corporate markets, Elevate realized that to service its customers it must be in close proximity
to them and continues to expand with local offices in the region. Only with local focus is Elevate able to meet the operational requirements and cost structures demanded by its customers.
Embracing this philosophy lead Elevate Broadcast to focus on its three key markets: Consulting, Design and Build (Integration) and Product Supply. Each area key as the demands on customers and increase of delivery and program requirements of customers continued to increase. By helping customers concentrate on their business and trusting Elevate to take care of the design our customers knew they could succeed. Elevate Broadcast further worked with key manufacturers to develop a complete ecosystem of products, knowledge and supply which enables customers to feel confident that their systems are designed and deployed by the leading experts in the industry. This holistic approach to systems integration has continued to set Elevate Broadcast apart.
TECHNOLOGY REDEFINED
The Media Industry and related markets are changing at a staggering rate. What was a world of the proprietary highly customized hardware and systems has been rapidly changing to a market where many consumer technologies and commodity systems are beginning to rule. The environment has shifted to allow new segments to harness the power of broadcast including: corporate, government, education, religious and entertainment. What was reserved for the broadcaster alone has now opened to OTT, DTV, VOD and personalized delivery.
The technology is also changing rapidly from base band SD, HD or UHD to IP based production. IP is enabling production and content processing to be accomplished across offices, cities and around the world. As computers and software have advanced to a point today where many standard computers are able to process and deliver even richer more dynamic content than was previously possible on specialized hardware. The IP networks today can also easily handle the bandwidth required to deliver or create content across the world. It is in this landscape the “media” companies of today must navigate.
Elevate Broadcast helps each customer identify their place within this market and navigate the turbulent waters of change. Elevate is helping to blur the lines between industries and technologies to unleash the power of its customers.
Our Team
Dennis Breckenridge - CEO
Dennis established Elevate Broadcast in 2014. Breckenridge leads with strong business and technical knowledge. With a passion for the customer and strong belief in customized solutions he leads Elevate Broadcast with strong regional experience and technology knowledge. In the broadcast industry both clients and manufactures know him for his market knowledge, passion and commitment to the customer.
Breckenridge an Industry Veteran and experienced in the both the Americas and APAC markets took on the challenge to build Elevate as a systems integration leader in Asia. Previously Breckenridge was Solutions Sales Manager – APAC for Grass Valley Inc. During his tenure there he worked with customers to design and build some of the largest cutting edge systems in the region. From newsrooms, to OB, to complete broadcast facilities Breckenridge helped lead Grass Valley’s success and expansion in the region.
Breckenridge also took on challenging projects like 2013 Myanmar SEA Games in which he was the key architect of the technologies deployed in the games. From MCP, OB, Facilities, National Fiber Backbone connections, International Broadcast Center and Video Producer of the Opening and Closing Ceremony. Breckenridge understands both technology and production.

Zin Mar Aung - Managing Director Myanmar
Zin Mar Aung has managed several successful companies in Myanmar both in and out of the Broadcast segment. Through her diverse education in Business, Law, Tourism and Customer Relations each has helped Zin meet the demanding expectations of her local customers as well as international partners. In 2013 Zin was key in managing the operations of the International Broadcast Center and Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the SEA Games hosted in Myanmar. Through this experience she had to manage over 100 foreign workers as well as large local staff. Her excellence helped foster a successful experience by the international Broadcasting community.
Through her leadership Zin continues to build Elevate Broadcast Myanmar adding technical and administrative staff. The staff in Myanmar continue to be trained both locally as well as internationally to understand and be able to effectively support and install the latest systems. It is a passion of Zin’s to assure all her staff are ready and able to meet the demands of the customer.

Nyi Moe Min - Country Sales Myanmar
Nyi Moe Min has worked in both the technology and broadcast Industry as well as services industries. He is highly skilled at customer relations and development. Nyi Moe Min has been able to help build large broadcast systems in MRTV, Forever Group and support other broadcast companies in Myanmar.
For the Myanmar SEA Games he lead the local team as assistant manager for the International Broadcast Center. He was well respected by all international broadcasters for his professionalism.

Jane Haslinah Salleh - Asia Business Administrator
Jane is highly skilled in balancing the needs of the customer and challenges of managing the business operations. These attributes came from her wealth of past experience of Client Servicing, Project Management and Marketing in the Advertising Industry, both in Malaysia and Singapore. With a passion to assure each sales is delivered on time and accurately, Jane helps lead the operations delivery.

Russ Jones - Broadcast Engineering Manager Asia
Broadcast systems consultant/project manager/engineer with record illustrating proven ability in the planning, installation and commissioning of a broad range of broadcast equipment. Prominent projects in both international and regional projects including: design and commissioning of two news studios and news rooms for RT France, Design of three TV studios and commissioning of four OB trucks for RTM, commissioning of hybrid baseband and IP multichannel broadcast system for StarHub Singapore, Proposed, designed and commissioned numerous expansion projects for Astro, including adding HD and IPTV channels, Upgraded two TV studios for Astro Productions, GS Shop and a Virtual studio, Engineer in charge of installation and commissioning of Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios. Facility consists of two large TV production studios and film post production rooms, including a Dolby Atmos capable Dubbing Theatre, Responsible for the design and commissioning of a new multichannel playout facility for Astro TV, Malaysia. Then went on to upgrade their existing site whilst still keeping it on air, System design and commissioning of eight channel playout system for Danish TV. Involved replacing live equipment whilst keeping channels on air, Site manager/commissioning engineer for move of Central TV playout from Birmingham to Granada TV, Leeds UK, Project management and design of media management system for new BBC Broadcast Centre, involved Quantel editing/storage and Omnibus control system, Designed and commissioned a 4 channel sports presentation/playout for Dubai TV, Employed for three years in America as project manager/engineer for Sony USA. Projects included a major production studio for ABC in Times Square NY, 128-channel play out facility for Direct TV Japan, Proposal, design, installation and commissioning of automated play out area for Abu Dhabi TV, Design, installation and commissioning of automated News system for Antennae 3 in Madrid, Proposal, design, installation and commissioning of large news studio for SIC Portugal, In charge of design, installation and commissioning of new TV station for TV4 Sweden.
Education: Solihull Technical College: Ordinary Nation Diploma in Technology, Aston University: Two years of degree in electrical engineering, BBC Wood Norton Training Centre: BBC ‘C’ Course in broadcast technology.
